What is One Call Now?

One Call Now is a group messaging service that allows Braggs Schools, to send both urgent and routine messages to their parents/guardians/students via voice, text, email.

How do I receive messages?

By providing your contact information (phone number, email, etc.) to the schools office, we can use it to send messages to you through the One Call Now service.

How do I sign up to receive text messages if I am not receiving text messages?

1) Notify the school office the mobile number you want to receive texts or,

2) Use the opt-in process to receive text messages is easy and only takes a few seconds to complete. Simply text ALERT to 22300.

You’ll know you were successful when you receive the following message:

Thanks! Alerts will be sent from One Call Now when available. Approx 2/mo. STOP to end, HELP for info. Messages and Data rates may apply.

You’ll want to repeat this process from any wireless number you wish to receive messages.

How can I replay a message I received?

From your phone, dial (877) 698-3261. Listen for the prompted statement “To hear your group’s latest message,” press 1.

Will it cost me anything to receive messages?

There is no charge for you to receive phone or email messages sent by your organization.

For text messages, message and data rates may apply, depending on the data plan you have with your cell carrier.

Does One Call Now sell my information?

One Call Now never has and never will sell, lease, rent or give any personal information including names, addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses of people who receive our messages to any third party.

One Call Now Has A Strict Policy Of Not Releasing Personal Information About Our Clients Or Their Members Unless:

§ You have consented to the release of personal information. For example, you or your members are part of a larger organization and want them to be able to reach you.

§ They have a legal obligation. For example, they may release personal information about a client to legal authorities in cases of the public’s interest, criminal activity or the detection and prevention of fraud.

§ If they release information for any of these reasons, they keep a record of what, when, why and to whom such information was released.

Under no circumstances do they sell, rent or give lists of their clients or their members to others for their use.
