Our JH and HS Wildcat Baseball Teams play Haileyville at home today beginning at 4 pm. Come out and see some Wildcat Baseball while the weather is cool!

Labor Day Holiday this year includes Monday and Tuesday, Sept. 4th and 5th. School resumes Wednesday, Sept. 6th
Tomorrow, Friday, August 25th, our buildings will be closed to staff and students for pest control and extermination services. It will still be a virtual day. We are expecting a few problems with technology access, but please don't stress about it and reach out to teachers if you are having difficulties.

Drop off time for breakfast is 7:40 a.m. ALL students at Braggs received FREE breakfast and lunch.
The first day of school for students will be Wednesday, August 9th. School begins at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 3:00 p.m.
Notice to Parents: Every Friday at Braggs School is a virtual day for students. (No buses will run.) However, it is still an instructional day, and students will be required to complete their assignments from home. Teachers will be on-site from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.on Fridays to assist students as needed by email or phone. They will also be meeting with students online via Google Meet at approximately 9:30 a.m. Students who need face-to-face assistance should contact the school to make arrangements with their teacher or teachers. The first two Fridays will be reserved for staff to review initial benchmark data and to plan remediation and virtual instruction. Beginning Friday, August 25th, some students may be asked to attend school in person for tutoring or remediation. However, parents of these students will be contacted to make arrangements in such cases. Do not send or drop off your child or children on Fridays unless prior arrangements have been made.
Pre-enrollment for new and returning students will be Tuesday and Wednesday, August 1st and 2nd, from 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. If you have already turned in your enrollment application, then just drop by the principal’s office and confirm your schedule. If you have not turned in an enrollment packet, then pick one up at the front office before coming by the principal’s office.
Braggs Schools currently has immediate transfer openings in all grades, and transportation may be provided in certain areas. The school is now offering art, music, and outdoor education to students in 6th-12th grade. In addition, AP (Advanced Placement) English is offered for juniors and seniors. Our highly qualified teachers, paraprofessionals, and tutors in our elementary school are working diligently to improve student literacy. If you are interested in transferring to Braggs Schools, please contact Principal Lisa Ward or Superintendent Chad Harp during regular school hours. It’s a great day to be a Wildcat, so come join us!
